Getting back to nature is the most natural and underutilized form of therapy today.
Also known as “walk and talk therapy,” clients have the option of having sessions on a light hike in the woods, sitting at a beach, or any natural setting in which clients can feel relaxed. Eco-therapy is the idea that intrinsically, human beings are naturally connected to nature in very deep and profound ways. Whether an individual is struggling with issues such as mental health, addiction, or physical well-being, connecting with the earth has been proven to increase the quality of life by lowering the stress hormone “cortisol” while boosting the happy hormone “dopamine”.

Having studied the brain with knowledge of the brain's capacity to heal and change (neuroplasticity). I will help you create a new experience by opening neuropathways and new thought patterns that will enable you to break free from old recurring patterns, thoughts, and behaviors. Using experiential techniques, which combine counselling, nature, nutrition, exercise, and self-car techniques such as breathwork, mindfulness meditation, cold exposure therapy, all depending on the clients wants and needs, collaboratively we will work towards whole person healing.
